Video and international requests

Changing or canceling
Use the private appointment-management key to cancel a future pending or confirmed request, or select an alternative time. Rescheduling returns the request to pending review. Contact the office if the appointment has passed, the key is unavailable or assistance is needed. Any fees or cancellation terms for confirmed clinical services must be agreed separately before the service.
